The term “Website” as used in this agreement means the publicly accessible areas of the web site and does not apply to products offered whether for free or for a fee to which you are granted access under a separate End User License Agreement.

7. General

8. Governing law

8.1 You must comply with all domestic and international export laws and regulations that apply to your use of the Website

8.2 If you reside in the United States these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Massachusetts law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Massachusetts, US courts, to which both parties submit.

8.3 If you reside outside of the United States these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which both parties submit.
