The Vivantio Platform provides multiple licensing options to allow you to maximize your investment and keep your whole service team connected.
Technicians who need constant access to the system need a named license. It is dedicated to them and can not be shared.
Concurrent licenses can be shared. When a technician logs in the license is in use. When they log out, the license is free for anyone else to use.
Combining a mixture of named and concurrent licenses can significantly reduce overall license costs whilst still providing access to everyone who needs it.
