Its ability to host multiple reports based off the tickets you have logged, and everything being easily accessible without any unnecessary clutter. It also includes a wide variety of fields per ticket that allows a wide variety of information per ticket to be recorded and filtered by. The email notifications for SLA breaches are extremely helpful on top of all this as the system gives you a chance to prevent the breach, and keep your SLA’s with your clients in tract.

“I have been using Vivantio for a very long time, even the old version was quite efficient with process handling, however the new version has its magnificently enhanced features such as colour scheme to distinguish between different types and stages of a ticket, promotion of ticket to a project or change. Auto closure and raising of tickets which is synced with monitoring alarms. Vivantio has also proved to be very user friendly, for example we can create custom categories and sub-categories, creating self desired tabs and advanced features.”

Company Leadership

Greg Rich co-founded Vivantio in 2003 and oversees operations for the company.

Greg and fellow co-founder Russell Wiltshire saw a gap in the service management market for affordable, web-based solutions that offered customers a real choice without a long-term commitment and helped found Vivantio on the idea that great products and customer service attracts great customers.

In his more than 25 year career in customer services, Greg has developed a true understanding of what it takes to build a successful company that puts a strong focus on the customer.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, photography and playing the guitar.

Andy Walsh has been with Vivantio since 2005 and serves as our Technical Director, overseeing all of Vivantio’s technical teams, the SaaS Platform and UK Operations.

Prior to joining Vivantio, Andy served in software development and as a project manager at an international, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy and a global marketing agency and as a data analyst and software developer at a media and financial information company.

Andy earned an MSc in Networking Technologies Management at Sheffield Hallam University and a BA (Hons) in Business Economics at Wolverhampton University.

In his free time, Andy spends time with his family and partakes in running and cycling. Fun fact: he once cycled from John O’Groats to Lands End, all the way from the north of the UK to the south.

Andrew Stevens joined Vivantio in 2008 and oversees strategic product direction, product evangelism and the entire software development lifecycle.

Prior to working at Vivantio, Andrew cut his teeth with full lifecycle software development in e-commerce.

Andrew earned a BSc in Computing from Open University in the UK and recently commenced pursuit of an MSc in Technology Management with the Open University.

When he’s not working to optimize and improve The Vivantio Platform, Andrew can be found enjoying science, technology and travel.

NATE LIPKAVP Sales & Marketing
Nate Lipka joined the Vivantio team in 2014. He oversees sales efforts and all marketing, branding and outreach for the company.

Nate has a background in journalism, having served as an editor and staff writer for various newspapers, magazines and digital media outlets before shifting to copywriting and marketing management in the software industry.

Nate holds a BA in journalism from Arizona State University.

Nate’s hobbies include art history, vegan cooking and playing pick-up soccer in Boston.
